BOOKING

All classes are drop-in, so there's no need to book ahead, just turn up.

CLASS STRUCTURE

The classes usually start with a preparation sequence of some kind. Then the standing postures are done, including sun salutations, followed by floor work including seated folds, twists, back-bends and inversions.

SUITABILITY

All classes are for mixed ability and are suitable for complete beginners with a reasonable level of fitness. However, some modifications may need to be made if the final form of the pose cannot yet be acheived. It's important to keep in mind that it's about listening to the body and being kind to it. Knowing when to challenge oneself and when to back off. Positive changes come with at least a once a week practice.
